In this position, you will be responsible for the growth of our EMI program. You will be involved with various product families and Product Engineers to validate and improve our products. The job entails hands-on testing and leadership of Technicians involved with testing. You will be expected be analytical and well organized. This position will be a significant part of the technological growth of our dedicated team working on exciting products with government customers. Perform and lead EMI testing for shelters and components. Write Test Plans and Test Reports. Research and Development. Assist Quality Control with production units Support Product Engineers with EMI compliant designs. Problem solving and root cause analysis. Develop processes and procedures for EMI testing/validation. Manage schedules for testing. Manage test site, manuals, procedures and equipment. Ensure safe work environment. Responsible for licensing with FCC. |
