NEWS:  TRIDENT AWARDED 2012 OUTSTANDING CHAPTER

Chapter IV of IEEE Southeastern Michigan Section (Trident) has received the "2012 Outstanding Chapter" award from the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques (MTT) society, one of the four societies represented by the chapter. This recognition is a result of the tremendous efforts invested in 2012 by our officers, particularly the efforts of Dr. Lora Schulwitz, Vice Chair of Technical Activities for MTT in the chapter.  The attached plaque was presented to Dr. Schulwitz at the MTT Chapter Chair's meeting at the IMS 2013 symposium held earlier this year in June 2013 in Montreal, Canada.  [plaque]
